At RAD Roller, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
